These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of xG Stat (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
xG Stat is registered in the Netherlands as an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) and operated by:
xG Stat provides football analytics tools and visualisations for individuals and professionals. Access is provided on a subscription basis. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. If you are under 16, you may not register, and we ask that you do not send us any personal data. This matches our Privacy Policy, which states that xG Stat is not directed to children under 16.
Football statistics and event data presented on xG Stat are obtained under licence from third-party providers. You are granted a limited right to view and use this data for personal or internal business purposes through our platform only. You may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit this data outside of xG Stat without prior written permission.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of this clause. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial, available once per user. You are not charged during the trial and you can cancel at any point before it ends at no cost. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is taken then.
New accounts may include a free period of Pro access when they are created. It ends automatically on the date shown in the app, requires no payment details, and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.
Subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: it stops future charges, and, apart from the money-back guarantee and statutory rights in clause 6, it does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current period.
Every first charge comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason, email support@xgstat.com within 14 days of the first payment on a new subscription (including the payment taken when a free trial ends) and we will refund that payment in full, no reason needed. The guarantee applies to the first payment of each new subscription, not to later renewal payments.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it. xG Stat is a digital service supplied immediately: at checkout you expressly ask us to begin supplying it straight away. Our guarantee is designed so that this never leaves you worse off: you always have at least 14 days from your first charge to claim a full refund, and where the statutory right applies you can always rely on it instead. During a free trial no payment is taken at all, so cancelling before the trial ends costs you nothing.
Outside the guarantee and the right of withdrawal, refunds are generally not offered once the subscription has been used (for example logging in, accessing paid features, or downloading data). We will still consider a refund where there has been:

Your price never rises while you stay subscribed. For as long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted, you keep the price you signed up at, on both the monthly and the annual plan.
We may change our prices at any time for new sign-ups. A new price applies to you only if you start a new subscription: for example if you cancel and later subscribe again, or if your subscription lapses (such as a failed payment that is not resolved) and you then sign up afresh.
The only change that can affect an active subscription is one outside our control, such as a change to the applicable VAT rate. We will tell you in advance if that happens. If you subscribed before a price drop, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference unless we say otherwise.
The xG Stat name, logo, brand assets, design, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our logo, branding, or visualisations in marketing, promotional materials, or derivative works without our prior written permission.
We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Analytics are only collected with your consent.
Everything on xG Stat is published for information only. All statistics, models, ratings, probabilities and projections are estimates. They are produced by statistical models from historical data, they carry uncertainty, and they are not guarantees of what will happen. We give no warranty that any figure on the platform is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing on xG Stat is advice of any kind. That includes, without limitation, financial, investment, tax, legal, professional or wagering advice, and no output of the service is a recommendation to take, or to refrain from taking, any decision.
You are solely responsible for every decision you make using the platform, and you act on the data entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from reliance on any statistic, model output, probability, projection or other content on the service.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
xG Stat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
